Information Practices
1. Recognition of Customer's Expectation of Privacy
We recognize and respect the privacy expectations of our customers
- and are committed to taking the steps necessary to safeguard
the information entrusted to us. Procedures are in place that
are designed to prevent misuse of private information.
2. Collection and Use of Customer Information
We collect, retain, and use information about you only where
we reasonably believe that it will help to complete the application
process, to provide individually tailored services, and to
provide other opportunities to you. We use information to
administer business transactions, to provide you with status
updates, to comply with laws and regulations, to help us design
or improve our services, and to understand your needs so that
we can provide you with superior service.
We do not collect any personal data without
your consent, and we only share the personally identifiable
financial information you provide us with our ACH processor.
Information collection starts at the point of the application
process. By initiating the application process, you consent
to our collection and use of this information.
After your application is processed, we will
periodically send you e-mail updates about finalizing the
Online Checks and/or EFT-ACH software licensing,
normal business correspondence and new product and service
updates. We may also request your participation in a customer
satisfaction survey. Our customers generally find this very
helpful. If you choose to receive updates, but change your
mind at a later date, you can opt out at any time by sending
e-mail with your company name, address and e-mail address
to salesmanager@inovium.com.
If you access our services through one of our
business partners' (affiliate) web sites, we may share contact
information such as your name and e-mail address with that
business partner. In that case, please check the partner's
privacy policy to see how they may use your contact information.
To ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and thoroughness
of information, we use only reputable sources of data to cross-reference
against application information. Information that you submit
during the application process is not subject to modification.
3. Limiting Employee Access of Information
To protect the confidentiality and privacy of credit information
about individuals and small businesses, we limit employee
access to your files. We are committed to ensuring that individuals
with access to consumer information do not utilize the data
for unauthorized purposes. To ensure that each employee understands
their responsibility, employees sign a written confidentiality
agreement before they are granted access to your data. We
are also committed to taking strong enforcement actions if
necessary.
4. Protection of Information
We maintain security procedures to help prevent unauthorized
access to confidential information. We update and test our
technology to assure the integrity of our systems - and to
improve upon our existing privacy safeguards wherever possible.
We back our Privacy Principles with some of
the best security technology available. We use SSL (Secure
Socket Layer) Technology to ensure that your application information
cannot be accessed during transmission to our servers. We
also use SSL authentication technology to confirm the identity
of both the computer sending and the computer receiving your
application information. This safeguard keeps unauthorized
people and companies from accessing your information. We also
use technical security measures to prevent unauthorized access
to data stored on our secure servers.
5. Restrictions on the Disclosure of Account Information
State and federal agencies require us to provide certain information
regarding the number of financing applications submitted to
us. This information, when disclosed, is in aggregate form
and does not contain any of your personally identifiable information.
State and federal examiners may periodically audit consumer
files. These audits ensure that we are complying with the
regulations in place to protect consumers.

us about our new financial products and services that may
meet your business needs.
We will not reveal personally identifiable information to
any third party unless we have been authorized by you, have
previously informed you in disclosures or agreements that
we plan to do so, or are required by law to do so.
